SP Paintball has issued a recall on the firing chamber for the Shocker RSX paintball marker!
To see if you qualify for this recall, take the firing chamber out of your Shocker RSX. If it is a light blue color, then your marker is in fact one with the part needing to be recalled and you will be able to receive a new, upgraded firing chamber from SP.
Check out our YouTube channel and the video below for a more details and a more in depth explanation about this recall.
For players whose markers qualify for the recall, replacing and installing the firing chamber is quite simple.
You don't need any tools, but SP does encourage using their own brand of grease. Below we have a full tutorial that will show you how to properly assemble and install the new high flow firing chamber.
SP strongly advises against playing with your Shocker RSX if your marker does have the faulty part. Please click on the link below to be directed to SP's page where you can find more details and exactly how to receive a new firing chamber. Remember, safety first!
