About Us:

Paintball Revolution was born out of necessity when we realized there was a serious lack of customer service in the paintball industry. We are paintballers just like you and when we realized that paintballers were receiving a level of service less than what we deserved, we decided to do something about it. Paintball Revolution started from humble beginnings as a small shop in downtown LA back in 2009. With the support and love from our customers and the paintball community we were able to grow and expand into a larger facility. In 2013, We moved our physical operation to a larger shop in Santa Clarita. Fast forward to 2020 and Covid, we needed to evolve again and are now an Online only retailer.   For those of you that have been our Online customers, there is no change to the level of service you are accustomed to receiving from us, and please continue to reach out to us in the manner you typically would.  For those of you that were our in-store customers, know that we miss you, and hope to still work with you in an online capacity. Please see below for the answers to your frequently asked questions in regards to how we are addressing our fomer in-store policies in an online environment. Please know that we are never too busy for all of our customers and we love interacting with the paintball community. If you have any questions, or want to talk, please reach out to us. COVID-19 Update in Regards to our Operations:

Our website is open 24/7, and we are processing orders and shipping M-F Daily.  Most orders placed before 2PM PST will be processed and shipped the same day. If you have questions regarding shipping times, please reach out. Unfortunately, due to the Pandemic, there can be shipping delays caused by the USPS.  They are short handed, and their ability to handle packages depends very much on each branch and their specific ability to handle your package the day it moves through their branch.  If you have concerns, or need a package by a certain day, please reach out to us and we can help provide guidance for the best way to get you your package on time.

You may have noticed we are a bit low on product.  There is an industry wide shortage due to the COVID crisis.  When manufacturing was shut down world-wide, products weren't being made.... While things are starting to reopen it's a bit of a catch up process.  If we have ETA's on when stuff is coming we have it on the individual product. 


FAQ:  Our Conversion to Online Operations and What To Expect:

1.Shipping: We will still offer same day shipping on orders placed before 2PM PST. We will also still offer expedited shipping for orders $49 or more, and free shipping for any order over $19. California residents typically get orders within a day or two, so if you are local to the store and haven't ordered online before, our shipping is a quick option to get your order fast!

2.Customer Service: We will still be available by calling 661-724-6822, by emailing, or through our online chat at If you need any advice on product purchases, have a question, have a return, or just want to talk, please contact us using any of the above vehicles.  Customer Service available M-F 10a-3p.

3. Trades: We will be conducting trades as normal.  They will have to be executed by mail only. (No in-store drop off).

4. Warranty: If you need warranty issues addressed during this time, please call/contact us first. We may be able to diagnose and correct over the phone or email.  After contact, if we aren't able to come to a resolution, we'll discuss next steps.  Before contacting, please change your battery and see if that corrects the issue. (Believe it or not, that is regularly the culprit).

 5. Returns: Please contact us via phone, email, or chat to initiate the return process.  We will issue a RMA number for your return. Returns without RMA numbers will not be processed. 

6. Preorders: Preorders are being handled as usual.  We anticipate the release of some markers soon.  As usual, we will reach out as we have updates, as well as, we will reach out when it is time to ship your trade if you haven't already.
