Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for your order from Paintball Revolution. Our return policy is based on a simple premise; we want you to be happy with your purchase. We have a 30 day return window with some common exceptions below.*
Defective Items or Wrong Items Received
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery if your item is defective or the wrong item. If you do not notify us within 3 days of receiving the item, it will be assumed that the item was in working condition when you received it. Most of our items carry a manufacturer warranty. In the event that an item is defective, we'd be happy to troubleshoot it with you or you can contact the manufacturer directly. If the item is deemed defective due to your misuse, all warranties from Paintball Revolution are void.
Procedures
All returns (whether for refund or exchange) must include the original packing materials, manuals, and accessories. All products MUST be brand new in the factory sealed packaging and unused. Paintball Markers, especially, must be brand new in factory sealed packaging, unused, and NEVER fired. All tags must still be attached to returned items. Any new product purchased from us that becomes used, cannot be exchanged or returned. Used Markers are Final Sale; there are some caveats as we do want you to be happy with your purchase, if you have concerns please do contact us before purchasing and we can discuss. For all returns, please contact us for a RMA# prior to shipping the item back. Items shipped back without a RMA # will be refused. Shipping Charges
You are responsible for the cost to ship the item back in the event you would like to return an item.
