Pandemic Update - Due to the Pandemic, there may be delays in your product delivery. As promised, we will process and ship your order by 1PM PST M-F daily, but unfortunately, because the USPS is short-handed they cannot guarantee delivery timelines. Most packages do deliver on-time. USPS Priority Express is a guaranteed one day delivery time. USPS Priority is a non-guaranteed 1-3 day delivery window. USPS First Class is a non-guaranteed 3-5 day delivery window.
Paintball Revolution Shipping Policy 
Paintball Revolution offers free domestic shipping* on orders starting at just $19.99. All domestic orders over $49 always receive free expedited (1-3 day) shipping, but honestly, the majority of orders, even under $49, get it too. Regular Price, Premium Paintball Markers get Free Overnight Shipping** (Domestic US only). Many orders placed by 1pm M-F PST will process and start their shipping journey that same day, but please allow up to 2 days for handling. Purchases $199.95 and over will require a signature upon delivery. That said, all purchases are reviewed and select purchases under $199.95 may also require a signature if delivery is to an apartment, or any area deemed a higher risk of theft. If you would like to decline signature, please send an email to sales@paintballrevolution.com and your package can be sent without signature. Please understand that you are accepting any responsibility for lost or stolen packages and orders will not be replaced at our cost.
Lost and Stolen orders: If you selected USPS Priority (our Free Expedited 1-3 Day Service), and your package is lost by the USPS (not "Delivered" Status for tracking), we will file a claim with the USPS and we will replace your order or refund your money. If your package shows as "Delivered" status we will ask you to handle the issue with the Post Office or File a Police Report. In this case we do not offer extra support as we have upheld our end of the bargain by shipping you the item and showing proof of delivery to the address on the order.
